All humans have various emotions, ranging from low vibration, anger, frustration, or jealousy to the higher vibes of love, joy, and peaceful centeredness. Some of us were taught how to experience and allow the feeling to pass through us healthily. Some of us were told to “sit down and shut up” or to “stop crying or I’ll give you a reason to cry,” aka a spanking.

Emotions are messages; as we learn to be an observer of our thoughts and emotions, we can better decipher them. Unless we are taught as children or learn emotional intelligence later in life, we cannot process emotions, and they become trapped in our energy field.

Emotion Code

My dear friend Lindsey Little introduced me to the emotion code in January 2022. You can read more about my journey here. The premise of the Emotion & Body Code is that the energy of past emotions can become trapped in your body, affecting your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Together, we identify and release them to lighten the load of your energetic body.

Now that I’m trained in Body Code, which encompasses the Emotion Code, I offer Body Code, Heart-Wall, and Belief Code sessions.

Heart Wall

I am also trained to release your energetic “heart wall.” Dr. Bradley Nelson, the creator of The Emotion Code, explains the phenomena of the Heart-Wall.

The heart is the center of your being. It is through our hearts that we give and receive love. Our heart is the center of our creativity but is also vulnerable to emotional injury. At some painful moments in our lives, we feel like our hearts will break.

When we are feeling deep grief, hurt, or loss, our subconscious mind takes emotions trapped in the heart area and literally makes a ‘wall’ around it. Why? To protect the heart from injury and pain.

When you realize that your mind puts up a heart wall to protect you, it makes sense that you have a harder time giving and receiving love freely. The heart wall protects you from dense emotions and hampers your ability to feel good emotions.

It can contribute to feelings of isolation and depression and further interfere with your ability to succeed. There are also physical effects of having a heart wall. It can cause heaviness/pain in the chest, neck, and shoulders and may lower overall immunity.

As your Holistic Wellness Coach, we work together to find and release any trapped emotions that may be hindering your progress. Trapped emotions could keep you in discomfort, sorrow, failure, and heartbreak patterns. Together, we can identify and release them to make space for more positive and empowering thoughts and feelings.
