Forty weeks ago, in early January of 2022, my life changed for the better in so many ways. I messaged a friend/quaintace at the time, Lindsey Little. She wrote a beautiful post with gorgeous sunset pictures taken at Craighead, a local park. I asked if she wanted to write a book with me. HA! Why not?!
She said, let’s start with coffee. Ha! She didn’t say no. I’ve known who Lindsey is for years, but only in passing. She’s a Jonesboro-famous world traveler, photographer, and now personal assistant! Linds can do ALL THE THINGS!
While getting to know one another, she told me she was a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. I had no idea what it was, but I was intrigued, so I signed up for a session. Working with Lindsey was a turning point in my life.
After multiple sessions of releasing emotions that no longer served me, such as unworthy, worthlessness, and fear, I could feel and be more like my most authentic self. As humans, we are emotional beings who sometimes trap intense negative emotions that we cannot properly process.
I ordered The Emotion Code book by Dr. Bradley Nelson and began releasing my own emotions, which I highly recommend. In April of 2022, I decided to work toward my Emotion Code Practitioner Certification. Lindsey said she believed I could do it, and after releasing unwanted negative emotions, I believed it too.
