The term healthy living has become something that I now realize means different things to different people. To me it means to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water, move 30 minutes a day 4 to 5 days a week, eat organic/wild protein and of course fruits and vegetables. Also, be sure to sleep 7-8 hours a night.
Health and well-being are the most precious things we own, and in order to promote and look after them, the body needs an abundance of vital substances.
